Context
Our client, a defendant in a patent infringement lawsuit, faced claims involving three pharmaceutical drug patents. They initially engaged LitAgility to help invalidate one of these. They had already gathered 22 prior art references but needed a more efficient way to process this information and identify the most relevant evidence. This is a common challenge for defendants in patent litigation, who often struggle to quickly pinpoint strong invalidity arguments from vast amounts of prior art.
